By James B G on 04-01-2011Ordered four items from EDIT, two arrived correctly, two were wrong. Both the incorrect items were of a lower value with no explanation or apology. Company is contactable by phone or email but phone is constantly engaged or off the hook more likely and mails are ignored. EDIT website states good are available and in stock however this is simply not true. The range of items seems to be good but as I've just said they're not in stock. I'm sure many people have used this website without problems but if you do have an issue or problem you will undoubtably come across the same terrible service I have received.
