By Racefan on 11-10-2008I can't say anything bad about this place. Just when I think they have gone as far as a store can without losing money...they do something to surprise me. The wife and I were using our whip gourd in a wrong fashion and the result was a broken gourd. I emailed Mack and received several different emails from a couple of different people. All told me I would be taken care of. They were right. I received two seconds gourds free of charge. These had small cracks that would never effect the operation of the gourd and one has to search to find them. They didn't have to do this but man am I glad they did. Great place to buy a vape!
